Must-have
Appian BPM application development
Appian architecture and performance optimization
Workflow and case management solutions
Software engineering principles in low-code
Integration with external platforms
Cloud environment experience (AWS preferred)
Nice-to-have
Python-based service integration
Event-driven architectures and microservices
CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps
Production observability practices
Experience in regulated environments
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Requirements
Extensive Appian BPM application experience
Proven ability to design complex workflows
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience operating at Staff Engineer level
Experience working in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
