• The New Joiner Experience Specialist is responsible for providing a welcoming, informative, efficient, and compliant onboarding experience for those joining and growing within WBD as well as hiring managers.
• This role involves using a variety of systems to onboard employees, ensuring timely processing of tasks and pre-employment screenings, and providing direct communication to new joiners and hiring managers.

Base: $56,700.00 - $105,300.00 salary per year; Bonus/Equity: Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards; Benefits: health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation
