The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in all facets of store operations, developing and promoting a sales culture by creating individualized solutions for every guest and providing outstanding guest service experiences.
Responsibilities include ensuring products are visible and accessible, building sales through product knowledge, maintaining a clean environment, and growing guest loyalty.
Full-time store positions are eligible to participate in incentive programs, health benefits, paid time off, 401(k), and employee discounts.
