  • Maintain and uplift client Data & Feed usage by demonstrating value of LSEG solutions, to grow stickiness and adoption of LSEG Real-Time, Tick-History, and Low-Latency solutions.
  • Partnering with client to develope tailored Customer Value Plan, ensure successful value delivery to secure service contract renewal & retention.
  • Engage end users optimally at scale by using digital / client training platforms for comprehensive user enablement, empowering our customers through structured learning pathways and personalized content based on user persona.
