Skills & Requirements
Must-have
NGS and Nanopore sequencing expertise
Proficient in R and/or Python programming
Experience with workflow management systems
DNA/RNA sequencing data analysis
Troubleshooting experimental workflows
Strong molecular biology understanding

Proficiency in C++ or Java

Key Requirements
PhD or Master’s degree in Bioinformatics or related field
