Owns the lifecycle of assigned offers spanning payments, fee administration, and compliance services, acting as the accountable offer lead responsible for operational integrity, vendor coordination, regulatory readiness, and internal enablement.
Coordinates across Product, Client Services, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Finance, and external vendors, managing third-party relationships and driving vendor accountability.
Supports RFP, sales, advisor, and relationship teams with accurate offer positioning and operational guidance, translating complex topics into clear internal and external materials.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in financial services
Experience in product management or offer management
Experience in operations leadership or platform governance
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without formal authority
