Job Summary

  • Realize the commercial objectives of your perimeter in terms of turnover and margin, in coherence with the objectives set.
  • Ensure the follow-up of Purchasing, HR, QPE policies, etc. for your perimeter in compliance with the Group's rules and the branch's orientations.
  • Manage teams and deploy the strategic HR plan in collaboration with the HR department (recruitment, GPEC, training plan, etc.).
