Job Summary
Establishes Maintenance Department technical proficiency in Integer’s manufacturing processes and equipment in order to provide competent technical support and training to Maintenance and Production personnel.
Supervises staff by assigning and scheduling day to day work, monitoring attendance, and keeping the operation of the team under review in response to changing circumstances.
Takes the lead on projects to implement recommendations of AMIS assessments and support the updating and revision of maintenance manuals and PM procedures to improve operational availability and reduce maintenance costs.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering or technical field preferred
Eight or more years maintenance experience in manufacturing
Five or more years supervisory experience
Three or more years experience in regulated industries (medical device, aerospace/defense, food production)
Three or more years experience leading teams utilizing CMMS systems
