This role will analyse existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, gather requirements for process enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve the programs strategic goals.

Process Transformation
requirements elicitation workshops
process mapping using MS Visio
Hybrid, Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Nice-to-have
Agile backlog development and refinement
build trust and forge strong relationships
demonstrable ability to express technical information
Key Requirements
2-5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems/Information Technology or equivalent (desirable)
Experience in working with Agile methodologies (desirable)
