Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in all facets of store operations, developing and promoting a sales culture through individualized solutions and outstanding guest service.
Responsibilities include ensuring products are visible and accessible, building sales through product knowledge, maintaining a clean environment, and growing guest loyalty.
Full-time store positions are eligible to participate in incentive programs, 401(k), paid time off, dental, vision, and health insurance.
