  • Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff, including processing employment documentation and coordinating payroll and employee benefit programs.
  • Plan, conduct, and document required drills, organize in-service education programs for staff, and coordinate the infection control surveillance program.
  • Provide direct resident/patient care, supervise staff, and participate in facility surveys while maintaining employee/resident/patient confidentiality.

Key Requirements

  • Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing
  • Valid RN or LVN/LPN License
  • Current CPR certification
  • 1 year direct patient care experience

  • 2+ years long term care experience preferred
  • Maintain continuing education/licensing
