Job Summary

• The Quality Assurance Shop Floor team provides 24x7 quality collaboration and oversight of site operations, including Manufacturing, Quality Control, Label Operations, and Warehouse Operations.
• This position is a people manager role, leading a team of individual contributors and requiring hands-on coaching and mentoring on the manufacturing floor.
• The role involves proactive risk identification, driving mitigations, developing procedures, and acting as a QA subject matter expert during audits and inspections.

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant cGMP experience
• 2+ years of QA Shop Floor experience
• Bachelor's degree in STEM field preferred
• Supervisory/Managerial Experience preferred
• Experience in FDA/EMA regulations preferred
• Demonstrated experience with quality management systems
• Demonstrated experience with MES/ERP systems
