Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Packaging Science/Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry
  • 3-5 years in a leadership role
  • Experience developing and implementing equipment standards
  • Strong background in medical device, combination product, pharmaceutical packaging
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Thorough knowledge of GMP and quality systems
  • Expert grasp of relevant scientific/technical concepts
  • Extensive experience with quantitative decision tools
  • Exhibited leadership qualities
  • Proven track record in fast-paced operating environment
