Job Summary

  • Oversee a team responsible for inspections, repairs, maintenance, and modifications for cars and/or locomotives, utilizing production machinery and materials.
  • Manage a team of 50 to 75 personnel, ensuring efficient use of resources, timely work completion, high-quality output, and adherence to budget constraints.
