Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
  • Employees must identify residents correctly before administering care and report all changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
  • This role requires maintaining a calm environment while assisting residents with personal care, meals, and mobility needs throughout the shift.

Key Requirements
