Job Summary
This position requires a highly motivated professional to work through the supply chain and manufacturing operations process and manage both pre- and post-award activities including supplier development, work transfer support, work movement assessments, contract execution and supplier performance management.
Responsibilities include leading supplier capability assessment, identifying capability gaps and working with suppliers to bridge them, monitoring supplier performance-to-plan, and evaluating supplier performance and customer requirements to develop continuous improvement plans.
