Job Summary

  • In this role you will lead and coordinate Latitude’s funding programmes including, structuring securitisations, debt financing, managing relationships in debt markets, rating agencies, and legal counsel both in Australia and internationally.
  • The role will require the applicant to have a detailed working knowledge of securitisation structures globally, understand and interpret funding documents and set up new trust structures as required.

Key Requirements

  • Degree qualified with a finance degree
  • Minimum 10 years + experience in banking and/or treasury
  • Significant exposure to capital markets and funding
  • Strong structuring experience
  • In depth experience and knowledge of asset backed securitisations (ABS)
  • Australian or New Zealand Permanent Residents or Citizens
