  • Lead a High-Performing Migration Team, recruiting, mentoring, and developing leaders and teams across Marketing Next, Tableau Next, and Revenue Cloud, ensuring operational excellence and a diverse, inclusive environment.
  • Maintain Technical Authority as the ultimate escalation point for migrations, staying current on platform capabilities and working with Product & Engineering teams to build migration frameworks and reusable technical assets.
  • Drive Migration Success by building and maintaining strong executive relationships within customer portfolios, managing portfolio performance, and partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Professional Services teams.
