  • The FM Vendor Manager oversees vendor management of Facility Management providers while driving the full adoption of a new work order technology system (Corrigo) and providing training to FM providers.

  • Financial acumen with ability to analyze vendor financial strength
  • Demonstrated orientation and balance of client service, compliance, business process improvement, change management, innovation, and cross-functional thinking
  • Ability to form and lead cross-functional teams
