You will be a central part of one or more major programs, working closely with program management and project teams to ensure quality-assured, realistic, and effective schedules.
You will have a leading role in the planning work, responsible for developing and following up schedules at both program and project level.
Work in some of Sweden's largest and most complex projects and contribute to socially critical infrastructure.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Develop and manage program schedules
Coordinate schedules across multiple projects
Identify critical path and dependencies
Manage schedule changes and deviations
Lead scheduling meetings and status reporting
Conduct risk and uncertainty analysis
Nice-to-have
Experience with BIM/4D planning
Knowledge of project control models
Experience with Monte Carlo analysis
Experience with Primavera
Key Requirements
5-9 years experience as a scheduler
Minimum 5 years program-level scheduling experience
Strong MS Project knowledge
Experience coordinating multiple projects
Experience with critical dependencies and outage planning
