Base: $152,600 - $283,400 per year; Bonus/Equity: Performance-based cash incentive and annual equity awards eligibility; Benefits: Comprehensive health, life, disability, 401(k) match, and generous time off

Key Requirements
PhD degree required
Minimum 10 years relevant protein engineering experience
Proven track record as a manager of managers
