Job Summary

  • Lead the development and delivery of strategic people partnering across Nscale’s AI Infrastructure organisation in the United States.
  • Partner directly with the President of AI Infrastructure and their leadership team across Technology, Product, AI Infrastructure Operations, and Security.
  • Shape and execute a forward-looking people strategy aligned to AI Infrastructure growth, operational resilience, and innovation priorities.
