The Special Group Sales Manager is responsible for generating new customers and revenue to the Lair through Special Group sales, targeting various groups including campus, alumni, and student organizations, corporate retreats, weddings, and middle schools.
Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business, managing the full sales cycle, creating customized retreat schedules, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
