The primary purpose of the Customer Service Specialist is to process inbound service requests received by telephone, email, or through our online tenant portal, create work orders in our computerised maintenance management system (Yardi Facility Manager/Angus Anywhere), and dispatch them to the appropriate Colliers Building Operator.
