Job Summary
Manages the delivery or deployment of contracted services to customers to ensure that SLAs (service level agreements) and KPI (key performance indicators) as defined in the relevant contracts are met or exceeded.
Responsible for daily facility activities related to government compliance, inbound receipts, kitting, processing orders, procuring suppliers, managing inventory, staffing, facility inspections, employee engagement, development, safety, security, profitability, etc.
Provides solutions to problems in situations that are atypical or infrequently occurring and takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions.
