  • The Employee Benefits Account Executive is responsible for managing a portfolio of New Jersey public sector clients, including counties, municipalities, school districts, authorities, and other government entities.
  • Success requires strong relationship management and technical benefits knowledge; in concert with serving as a strategic advisor to public employers, delivering compliant, cost-effective health and welfare benefit solutions while navigating state & federal regulations.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, compliant presentations for governing bodies, union leadership, and employee town halls.
