Job Summary
Escorts patients to x-ray and exam rooms, monitors patient flow, and assists physicians with minor clinical procedures including staple removal, suture removal, and wound care.
Performs casting and splinting removal and application as directed by the physician, tracks supply utilization, and orders new supplies to maintain clinic stock.
Schedules patient appointments, answers general questions, obtains authorizations, and covers the front desk when needed for breaks, lunches, call outs, or vacations.
