Job Summary
You will be responsible for contract analysis, compliance consultancy, and financial performance optimization across the complete contract lifecycle.
This position provides comprehensive professional development support through our wider JLL commercial network and specifically through a nominated Commercial Support Business Partner.
The hierarchical structure is quite flat, so this is an opportunity for a ‘non-engineering’ specialist to interact with senior Division Managers to drive policy, change and best practice as an integrated part of the senior management team.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years in similar role
BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying, Law, Engineering, or equivalent commercial experience
JCT contract management experience
Professional qualification or progression toward RICS, CIPS, or equivalent
