Job Summary
Manages enterprise processes that identify, develop, and sustain leadership bench strength, in addition to managing our listening strategy.
Accountable for co-designing and managing global talent reviews processes, succession planning initiatives, and high-potential identification frameworks, as well as overseeing the enterprise assessment strategy.
Provides critical insights to senior leaders, Talent Partners, and HR partners, enabling informed decisions on future leadership pipelines and critical roles.
