The mission of this role is to help banks redesign how banking operations work and implement the Banking OS as the operational control plane across multiple banking domains.
Responsibilities include leading large Banking OS transformation programs, building and leading a team of transformation experts, and developing a repeatable transformation methodology.
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in banking operations, consulting, transformation, or banking technology platforms, with deep expertise in at least one banking operations domain.
