Job Summary
Provides immediate supervision to a unit of employees, setting and delegating day-to-day tasks to achieve operational objectives.
Supervises unit operations to ensure compliance with divisional and Agency policies, procedures, and defined internal controls, ensuring accountability and stewardship of Agency resources.
Trains and mentors new claims staff, completes performance appraisals, and handles additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
