  • Provide expert advice to clients on a wide range of tax matters including a focus on different reward elements in terms of benefits, including wage withholding tax exemptions, tax planning strategies, compliance, and tax optimization opportunities to enhance their financial outcomes.
  • Stay informed of the latest changes in Belgian and international income tax as well as legislation impacting reward like corporate governance, pay transparency and banking legislation, and proactively update clients and team members on relevant impacts and strategic adjustments.
