Salary $220,000.00 - $850,000.00; Base: $266k-$441k; Benefits: Up to 6.5 weeks of PTO, 1 week of CME plus $5,000 in CME funds, Relocation support, 5–7% retirement matching, Tuition reimbursement up to $10,000 per year, Medical insurance premiums as low as $0 per month
