Build and scale integrated practices for operational health, performance, and security, defining infrastructure strategy across Azure, hybrid, and legacy environments, including modernization roadmaps.
Lead team hiring, mentoring, and scaling across international time zones, partnering with Help Desk, Security, and SRE teams for end-to-end operational reliability.

Excellent organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
