Conducts risk-based evaluations of quality information received from customers to accurately detect events affecting market quality and promptly provide information to relevant stakeholders.
Supports product quality improvement and value delivery by conducting appropriate complaint investigations in collaboration with manufacturers and reporting findings to customers.
