Skills & Requirements
Must-have
4+ years hands-on data center hardware repair experience
Component-level repairs including CPUs and motherboards
Proficiency with BMC interfaces iDRAC and iLO
Experience writing SOPs and MOPs for complex repairs
Ability to serve as final escalation point for issues
Nice-to-have
Experience mentoring or training junior technical staff
Knowledge of ITIL framework and incident management
Familiarity with cross-functional enterprise collaboration
Previous experience in 24/7 rotating shift schedules
Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 4+ years of data center hardware repair experience
