Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 4+ years hands-on data center hardware repair experience
  • Component-level repairs including CPUs and motherboards
  • Proficiency with BMC interfaces iDRAC and iLO
  • Experience writing SOPs and MOPs for complex repairs
  • Ability to serve as final escalation point for issues

Nice-to-have

  • Experience mentoring or training junior technical staff
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and incident management
  • Familiarity with cross-functional enterprise collaboration
  • Previous experience in 24/7 rotating shift schedules

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 4+ years of data center hardware repair experience
