Lead in developing a team to carry out Young Life’s mission of introducing kids to Jesus Christ and helping them grow in their faith through spiritual leadership and proper management.
Key responsibilities include spiritual development, leadership development, resource development, direct ministry, and ministry support, all while adhering to Young Life's Statement of Faith.
The role requires proven leadership and relational skills, a call to reach kids with the Gospel, and the ability to maintain confidentiality, with a college degree preferred.
