Job Summary
The Senior Manager in GIA will work in a team environment to plan and execute dynamic risk-based audits and identify value-added recommendations to strengthen Company processes and controls.
Audits will include U.S.-based operations, international Company subsidiaries, strategic initiatives, critical business processes, and key third-party outsourcing arrangements.
Additionally, the Senior Manager will play a key role in coaching and mentoring a team of resources during audit engagements.

Key Requirements
BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business discipline
6 - 8 years prior public accounting or internal audit experience
at least 3 years in a leadership role
Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IIA standards
English fluency
Ability to travel globally – approximately 35%
Proficiency with Excel/Word/PowerPoint
Data analytics experience
MBA or other advanced degree is preferred
Professional certification (i.e., CPA, CA, CIA, CISA or equivalent) is desirable
Experience with a Big Four firm is desirable
Experience managing 2 – 4 direct reports is desirable
