Job Summary

• The Residential Services Technician is responsible for execution of all maintenance tasks and vendor communication at Condominiums, Cottages and Estate Homes.
• Key Responsibilities include home functionality of homes enrolled in the Preventative Maintenance Program, identifying and scheduling necessary maintenance, and performing general minor maintenance handyman tasks.
