This role leads the implementation and coordination of the Integrated Business Planning process for BD's Peripheral Intervention Business Unit.
The position requires orchestrating all five IBP steps, facilitating monthly reviews, and providing unbiased counsel to the President on business value chain decisions.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Operations
Minimum 3 years experience in demand planning, supply planning, BP, or S&OP
Masters or MBA preferred
Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI or QlikView
