** Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager for Strategic Planning & Performance in Irvine, California, to lead the development of long-term supply chain strategy and transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain management, particularly within the FDA-regulated healthcare industry, and will be responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration and reporting on supply chain KPIs. **

Job Summary

  • This role will partner closely with the Electrophysiology Supply Chain E2E Leadership Team and Director of Strategic Process Capabilities to drive development of the long-term supply chain strategy, enabling operating model and talent strategy, prioritization and tradeoff decision-making for the portfolio, and provide oversight for major transformation programs to ensure they are appropriately led, resourced, and managed, to deliver on our target outcomes.
  • The defined strategy and execution will be cross-functional; thus requiring cross-functional participation with senior business partners, knowledge of practical implementation considerations, and understanding and articulation of the total business value.
