Job Summary

  • This position will assume the responsibility of defining clinical flow team to achieve sales and financial targets in accordance with the company’s strategic goals, and full responsible for P&L and business operation compliance.
  • The incumbent will also be responsible for, but not limiting to the following duties: Define strategies and act to generate long term and short-term customer success and business results.
  • Build up effective sales organization, motivate and develop a professional sales force, continuously improve sales effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above in life-science discipline
  • Minimum 15 years sales experience in Clinical Medical or Medical

  • Expert understanding of IVD and clinical application
  • Expert understanding of medical device regulatory requirements
