RSM is seeking a Director for its Financial Due Diligence team within Transaction Advisory Services. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in financial due diligence, particularly within M&A, and will be responsible for leading engagements and business development efforts
Job Summary
Lead and manage multiple challenging financial due diligence engagements and participate in transactions related to acquisitions and divestitures by private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyers and sellers.
Develop and deliver quality planning approaches with timely and responsive services and work products that meet and/or exceed client expectations.
Lead teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, and coach staff.
