  • Partners with account managers and clients to derive optimum value by explaining and expanding usage of current IQVIA deliverables and identifying revenue opportunities within existing clients.
  • May mentor and lead other client service reps and represent the manager in their absence.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4+ years of related work experience
  • IQVIA Client Service Representative experience preferred
  • Broad knowledge of client service concepts
  • Broad knowledge of IQVIA products
  • Meeting facilitation, presentation, and training experience
  • Proficiency in PC applications
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to manipulate large transactional databases
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Accreditation preferred in multiple business lines
