The role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with written policies, federal regulations, and maintaining the highest degree of quality care.
Employees must participate in developing quality assurance programs, conducting in-service training, and managing medication administration and charting duties.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program or Nursing Degree
