Job Summary
Evaluate patients within twenty four (24) hours, or 1 business day of physician referral and develop effective treatment plans approved by the referring physician.
Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants in direct patient care and related activities while assisting nursing staff with training and participating in various patient care conferences.
Maintain detailed documentation according to PT Board State Practice Act and governmental requirements, and participate in discharge planning and caregiver training.
