Key Requirements

  • University degree in Health, Gerontology, Business, Marketing or Social Services
  • LTC Administrator Certification (where applicable)
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant health management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and engage a sizeable multidisciplinary team, in a unionized environment
  • Working understanding of business planning processes and utilization of Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Experience in risk management activities and demonstrated knowledge of continuous quality improvement processes
  • Must provide a complete and current (within six months) Vulnerable Sector Check
