STAR-CCM+, ANSYS, Icepak, or Flotherm
Matlab or Python for analytical models
Test-model correlation and validation
MS or higher in engineering or physics

MIL-STD-810 familiarity
Interdisciplinary project experience
Self-starting and results oriented
