Job Summary

  • The Test Strategic Capacity Planning Manager owns and manages the long-term strategic sourcing of critical test capacity supply chain.
  • This role requires an experienced strategic thinker with technical expertise in Test, and who can navigate the complex global test supply chain challenges.
  • Prepare the annual NXP corporate Long-Term Plan (LTP) and Strategic Plan Alignment (SPA) Wafer Test and Final Test documentation to share with NXP Corporate Management Team for alignment to a shared corporate Wafer Test and Final Test Sourcing Strategy.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with at least 6 years of experience
