• The primary purpose of this position is to apply intensive knowledge of engineering principles to develop new approaches for complex problems in medical device and battery manufacturing.
• You will serve as a coach and mentor for other engineers while leading cross-functional teams to achieve goals and drive continuous improvement through the Integer Production System.

• 7+ years of progressive engineering experience
• Six Sigma Green Belt minimum (Black Belt preferred)
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and Quality Management Systems
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
